How to Export Data from Apple Music

Exporting your data from Apple Music is considerably easier than Spotify which imposes a wait of up to 30 days, perhaps artificial.

In Apple Music, go to File>Library>Export Library. You will be prompted to save library.xml, which is a structured file format that contains your data. This file allows you to, in theory, export to another service and/or save for your own reference. This is golden: your information to use as you see fit.
